CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC SITTER OR ONLY HAVE VIVIANE TAKE CARE OF MY PET?While we cannot guarantee the same sitter each time due to scheduling and availability, we will assign a primary sitter to ensure consistency in care. Every member of our team of experienced, trusted sitters will provide the same high level of attention and love, so your pet(s) will always be in good hands! Viviane will typically handle the first set of visits to get to know your pet and their routine. After that, we will assign a primary sitter, either Viviane or another reliable VIVE team member.

CAN WE MEET THE PRIMARY SITTER IF IT’S NOT VIVIANE HERSELF?Typically, clients do not meet the primary sitter if it is not Viviane herself. However, if you would like to meet the sitter assigned to your pet, we can certainly arrange that. (Please note there would be a meet-and-greet charge to compensate the sitter for their time.)

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU/BOOK SERVICES/PAY INVOICES?Everything is conveniently done through our Time to Pet client portal! Please reach out to Viviane on the portal with any questions.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH OUT TO VIVIANE OR THE VIVE TEAM?Through the Time to Pet portal/app! If you have a private matter to discuss with Viviane, please message her under “Private conversation” under the “Conversation” tab. We check portal messages regularly.

DO YOU PROVIDE CAT BOARDING?At this time, we do not offer cat boarding services.

CAN WE REQUEST A VIVE SITTER TO VISIT MY PET AT A SPECIFIC TIME?Our drop-in visits operate on specific timeframes. We cannot promise visits at a specific time due to our daily routes; however, we will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible.

ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS (WITHIN ONE WEEK) FOR NEW CLIENTS?To provide the best possible care for your pet, we recommend clients reach out more than a week before services begin to ensure we can set up a meet-and-greet and see if we are a good fit for each other.
